  • 1 5 quart Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup AP flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp Cold butter or Lard or Crisco
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk

Instructions
 

  • Mix all dry ingredients, cut butter into small pieces, squeeze into dry mix to make pebbles. Add milk and mix by hand. The dough will be shaggy. Turn onto floured surface. Kneed a couple times and pat into a rectangle fold in half do titis 5-6 times. Cut biscuits and placed on a buttered sheet pan. Are at 425 for 12-15 minutes.
