Ingredients
  

  • 350 grams bread flour
  • 225 grams water
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 15 grams sugar
  • 9 grams yeast
  • 9 grams salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all dry ingredients in bowl. add olive oil and water.  Mix well
    with spoon. When everything comes together to form a shaggy ball turn out onto flowered counter. Knead by hand to make a 
    tight ball  ( do the window test). Cover and let proof for about an hr. or until double. Shape in to loaf and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Let rest for 30 min. or until double.
    Bake at 375* for about 30 min. internal temp should be 190-200*.
